How to fix all paintings in Life is Strange: Double Exposure

Max Caulfield
Square Enix

Life is Strange: Double Exposure tells an emotional and captivating tale that aims to keep you guessing right up till the end, and there are plenty of serious (and occasionally melodramatic) story beats to focus on as you work through this narrative-first adventure. But that doesn’t mean there’s never any time for a bit of fun on the side. As a matter of fact, you’ll encounter a lot of optional content that just exists for worldbuilding purposes in this newest entry in the long-running franchise. One such event occurs in the opening hour of the game when a handwritten note on the wall informs you that some goofball has been turning the art pieces in the Snapping Turtle bar upside down.

If you want to earn a bit of appreciation from art enthusiasts, as well as net the “Art Restoration” trophy and achievement, you’ll want to fix all three paintings in the Snapping Turtle bar. Here are their locations.

The first painting is called “Native Artist Spotlight.” You’ll find this one directly next to the stage — the same spot where the handwritten note is located. Flip it over and move on to the next one!

Painting 2 – Collage Art

The second painting is called “Collage Art.” This one can be found in the back part of the bar under a window on the same wall as the female pirate mural. Flip that sucker over and head over to the final painting.

Painting 3 – Robot Painting

The third painting is called “Robot Painting. This one can be spotted on a wall with a lot of other paintings in a general seating area just to the left of the bar itself (and just to the right of the bathrooms). Flip it to finish up this optional challenge and earn the “Art Restoration” trophy or achievement.

Life is Strange: Double Exposure makes more sense if you make this hard choice
Chloe staring at Max in the school bathroom.

Did Max let Chloe die to save Arcadia Bay, or did she sacrifice the town to save Chloe?

This was the final important choice players had to make in the original Life is Strange, and one of the first players have to make at the beginning of Life is Strange: Double Exposure. That narrative adventure game, out today, once again stars Max Caulfield as she deals with the fallout of that decision and her powers a decade later. A new mystery pops up around Caledon University, where Max now works, and digs into old emotional wounds that this heartbreaking decision created.

How to kill the Nord Mines dragon in Metaphor: ReFantazio (and why you should)
The main character in an anime cutscene for Metaphor: ReFantazio.

The opening hours of Metaphor: ReFantazio sends you to a variety of unique places as you're introduced to its interesting world and gameplay design. After the game's initial segments play out, you'll soon find yourself exploring your first main dungeon — a place known as the Nord Mines. This lengthy dungeon stretches on for an hour or so and includes another fight against a human boss. But right as you're getting ready to reach the end of the mines, you'll stumble across a room with a sleeping dragon where your team decides it might be smarter to sneak around it and avoid combat.

Because of the way the game pushes you toward stealth in this room, you may be convinced that waking and fighting the dragon is a really bad idea. However, you might be surprised to hear that the dragon actually isn't that difficult to defeat, and doing so can earn you an extremely powerful weapon. Let's take a look at what you need to know about the Nord Mines dragon.
How to kill the Nord Mines dragon (and why you should)
When you reach the room with the sleeping dragon in Nord Mines, you can choose to stealth around the outer rim of the area or face the dragon by approaching it. We'd recommend you approach and fight the dragon, as defeating it isn't as difficult as the game hints it'll be.

All cross-platform games (PS5, Xbox Series X, PS4, Xbox One, Switch, PC)
Two squads of heroes clash in an Overwatch 2 trailer.

Cross-platform support is becoming more important in the world of video games. Multiplayer hits like Call of Duty: Warzone 2.0 and Fortnite have pushed crossplay into the limelight, and now most AAA multiplayer games release with at least partial cross-platform support. Finding every cross-platform game is no easy feat, though, so we did the hard work to bring you a comprehensive list of games that support crossplay.

Unfortunately, there aren't any rules when it comes to crossplay, so each game handles the feature a little differently. To make matters more confusing, certain backward-compatible games on the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X still support crossplay on the most recent hardware, even if there isn't an official release for that hardware.
