Today is the start of E3 in Los Angelas, where gamers around the world will be awaiting announcements from all the major players in the industry. As we await the big announcements, we have a quick look at the schedule of major events at E3 with color-coded times thanks to a user at NeoGAF, as well as one Reddit user’s way of watching the week unfold. (Hint: There’s drinking involved.)

NeoGAF user gives a quick and easy schedule to follow
While all the times for E3’s events are in Pacific Daylight Time, for those in other parts of the U.S. (and especially around the world) that can be hard to translate into local time. To make things easier, DeMatador over at the NeoGAF forums made a simple, easy to read image showing the times for all E3 events based on a bunch of major timezones all over the world. Depending on where you live, the E3 press events may take place anywhere from late evening to the wee hours of the morning. Thankfully this guide is color-coded.
/r/Gaming has an intoxicating way to enjoy E3
As much fun as it is to catch all the new games announced at E3, another reality of the convention is how silly and predictable it can be. In fact, they’re so predictable that Simon, a user over at Reddit’s /r/Gaming subreddit, took the liberty of making his own drinking game to all the major press events. Depending on what expectations you have of this week’s show, this game might make you laugh, cringe, cry, or all three at once.
Whether or not you’ll watch the major press events with the help of Simon’s drinking game, we’re still looking forward to see just what is unveiled at the Microsoft, EA, Ubisoft, Sony, and Nintendo (which didn’t make the drinking list) events this week, not to mention what else emerges from the depths of E3. Here’s to hoping that this game doesn’t become too much of a reality!
